Matcha, also known as Liquid Jade, is a powdered Japanese green tea.  Matcha is part of the ethos of Japan, an intimate sacred connection.  Unlike other green teas, Matcha is not infused but rather ground up by stone mills to make the powder.  As a result, it is the most potent tea boasting the most health benefits.   Ceremonial Matcha should be consumed as is with no milk or sugar.
