What are your hours?

Monday 9am-5pm Tuesday 9am-6pm Wednesday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 10am-5pm Sunday Closed
Do you have food?

We have several tea infused baked goods such as muffins, brownies, and cookies. We do not offer full meals or traditional tea sandwiches.
Do you have coffee or lattes?

We only offer teas. We do have a variety of milks available if you would like to add it to your tea.
Do you do high tea or tea parties for kids?

We provide the tea and a venue for a high tea experience, but we do not supply food or decorations. You are welcome to reserve in advance and let us know if you'd like to host a tea party, bringing any food or decorations you prefer.
Do you do events like Bridal or Baby Showers?

Yes, you can reserve a private party for after hours or reserve several tables during open hours. Call or text us for pricing and to make a reservation at 210-728-6758.
Do I need a reservation?

You are always welcome to come in during our open hours without a reservation. However, if you have a larger group 8+ please let us know in advance so we can prepare. We do have a table that seats 8 that you can reserve, as well as a partition we can put up if you prefer more privacy for your group. If you would like to use the gongfu table, you can reserve that here: https://calendly.com/thegrueneteahaus/gongfu or you can reserve by phone or text. You are welcome to use the table anytime you are in if it is not already being used, we also have 2 smaller gongfu sets that are available without reservation. Can I bring outside food or drink?

Yes, we do allow outside food and drink. Feel free to bring your own items to enjoy along with our tea.
