We also offer local pickup for those in or near the New Braunfels area. You can pick up at one of the local markets we attend, or we can schedule a time to meet you near downtown.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Gruene Tea Haus, we are committed to providing you with the best tea products possible. Unfortunately, due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right!
