Silver Needle (Yin Zhen) is the pre-eminent Chinese white tea, using only the newly-sprouted buds of the first harvests of the tea plant. They boast a soft, silvery appearance which translates to a creamy texture when brewed.  It is allowed to wither & then dried, leading to very little oxidation. White Tea is called such due to the fine, white hairs found on the buds.  Jasmine flower brings a naturally-infused flower essence to the delicacy of the white tea buds.  A perfect combo!
