Sun-Kissed Citrus Oolong is a bright and refreshing twist on the classic Iron Goddess of Mercy (Tieguanyin), one of the 10 classic teas of China. This tea originates from Anxi County in Fujian Province, where the base oolong is carefully crafted and known for its smooth, floral character.
 
Building on this traditional foundation, we’ve added real lemon and orange pieces to enhance the tea’s natural floral sweetness with a vibrant citrus lift. The result is a balanced and uplifting cup that highlights both the elegance of Tieguanyin and the zesty brightness of sun-ripened fruit.
 
Oolong teas sit in the middle of the oxidation spectrum, with green & white teas having little oxidation and black teas having full oxidation. Within oolong teas, there is a wide range of flavor & aroma (from light and floral to rich and toasty) and appearance (from pale green to deep amber). This tea uses a lightly oxidized Tieguanyin base (approximately 15% oxidized), allowing the citrus notes to shine while preserving its smooth, floral core.
